Receive an email when another Coordinator in your program(s) approves or declines a student's edits.

Contract Expiry
|
Receive an e-mail when a contract with an affiliated Hospital is about to expire. Warnings come 90 days, 60 days, and 30 days before expiration date.

Delete Rotation
|
Receive an e-mail when a Rotation that was approved has been canceled.

Delete Rotation Student
|
Receive an e-mail when a student is removed from a Rotation.

Edit Rotation
|
Receive an e-mail when a Hospital has edited a Rotation they already approved.

|

Outstanding Draft Requests
|
Recieve an email when your request is still in draft mode.

Pending Rotation Student Association
|
If you have not scheduled a student or students to open spots in an approved rotation, mCE will send you a warning 2 weeks, 1 week, and the day before the rotation starts.

Pending Assessment
|
Receive an email when an instructor has not completed their assessment(s) in mCE. An initial email is sent the last day of the Rotation, and a second will be sent if they have still not completed the assessment 1 week after the Rotation ends.

Pending Survey
|
Receive an e-mail when a Student has not completed their survey(s) in mCE. An initial email is sent the last day of the Rotation, and a second will be sent if they have still not completed the assessment 1 week after the Rotation ends.

Rotation In Compliance
|
Receive an e-mail when a student meets compliance and is ready for their Rotation to start.
|
Rotation Non-Compliance
|
Receive an e-mail 4 weeks, 2 weeks, the day before, and the day of a Rotation's start if a Students is not in compliance for the Rotation. A Hospital may change the timing of the “non-compliance” warning based on their own policies.

Rotation Start Roster
|
Receive a roster of the students who start their Rotations the next day. You may want to ask Hospital Preceptors and Admins to turn this setting on so that you don't have to e-mail that information to them yourself.

Student Registration Renewal Notification
|
This item will tell you when your student pays or renews payment for their mCE account.
|
Student Account Expiry
|
Receive an email when a student’s account is about to expire. The notice comes 30 days and the day before their account expires.
|
Student Checklist Submit for Approval
|
Receive an e-mail whenever a student submits their checklist to you for approval (if your school allows for student edits).
|
Student Complaince Expiry
|
Receive an e-mail 30 days before and the day when a student's compliance item is expiring. This e-mail will come regardless of if the student is on Rotation.
