Student Checklist Tab

When you select the Checklist tab, it will pull up a page similar to the one below.
Clicking on a checklist title will open a window with the checklist's compliance information. There are two checklist types: the Master Checklist, which belongs to the school, and the Hospital Checklists.
Note: Students may be assigned multiple Hospital Checklists, but will only have a single Master Checklist.

Checklist Title
Checklist titles can be broken down into two parts.

The first part is the Checklist Name. This may be a general title, or it may be a program-specific title.
Note: If the student has been assigned to different programs at a hospital that uses program-specific titles, this area will display each different program checklist.

The second part is the name of the owner group. This section allows you to identify the Master Checklist, and also displays which hospital assigned each Hospital Checklist.

Status
This column primarily applies to the Master Checklist. A Hospital Checklist may display a status if it allows for student editing, but most of the time the section will be blank.
Note: The Status column will only display a status after the Student has accessed it for the first time. This is a good way to determine if the student has accessed their Master Checklist.

There are five statuses:
Pending Items Exist - The student has accessed the checklist and that there are items that student attention.
Student is Updating - The student has uploaded at least one new Value or Document, but has not yet submitted the checklist for Coordinator approval.
Submitted for Approval - The student has submitted the checklist for Coordinator approval.
Note: This status also means that the checklist is locked to student editing. You will need to Approve/Decline the Student's Edits to unlock it.
Returned for Review - You or another Coordinator declined items that the student submitted.
Approved - You or another Coordinator approved all items that the student submitted.
