To access the Student Profile page, locate the student on the Student Search Page and click on the student's name. This will take you to a page that looks something like the image below.
The information below can be broken into two parts: Personal Details and Information Tabs
Personal Details
Most items in this section can be edited by the Academic Coordinator should there be missing information or updates required (Ex. Last name change due to marriage).
The various sections and functions are defined below.

Name of Academic Campus (cannot be edited)

Name of the Hospital Organization student is employed with during the education (if any)

Name of the Hospital Organization that will hire/has hired the student upon completion of their education
Generates an email to the student
Saves any updates made to the student's information
There are several tabs listed below the Personal Details section. Each tab details different information affiliated with the student's account. The table below briefly describes each section.
Chronologically displays all rotations the student has been scheduled to and provides an overview of the student's compliance for each.
Displays all compliance checklists the student has ever been assigned. Users can update student compliance from this tab.
Chronologically displays rotation periods and any Assessments or Surveys associated with each.
Displays the student's contact information. This information can be updated by the User
Displays details about the student's enrollment. This information can be updated by the User
Displays documents that the User has associated to the student.
Note: This section is not for student compliance documentation
Displays the student's email and notification history. Primarily used to ensure students are receiving the proper auto-emails.
Note: The ClinicalandChecklist items have their own help sections. Help sections for the other topics will be added in future releases of the help page.
