3.4. My Orientation

Accessing your Modules
You can reach your My Orientation page by clicking on My Views menu at the top of the Homepage.

You can also reach your My Orientation page by clicking on one of the Rotation links in your Ongoing/past rotation(s) section of the Homepage.
Then clicking on one of the Orientation status on your Ongoing/past rotation(s) page.

To access a module, select the Start button in the far-right column.

Slide Layout
The module will load either to the first page, or to the last page you reviewed before closing out of the module.
The module will provide the Module Name, the Page Title and Contents, and the Page Number.
If you need to leave the computer while you are partway through the module, you can select the Close button to save your spot and leave the module.
You can navigate pages by clicking on the Previous or Next buttons.

Some modules slides, such as the one below, will include images or videos in the Contents area.
As with any other module slide, you will need to select Previous or Next to move between pages once you have finished reviewing the image/video.

Completing the Module
Once you have reached the end of the module, click the Finish button to have the site save your completion.
If you do not click the Finish button, the site will not record the module's completion and you will be considered non-compliant.
Note: This is especially important for video modules! Even if you finish the video, if you do not complete any remaining slides in the module and click Finish, the site will not record it's completion.

Once you click Finish, a page displaying the date and time will display. This is how you know the site has recorded your completion.
Clicking the Close button will return you to the Orientation page.

Once you have completed a module, the date of completion will be displayed in the Completed On column.
