2. My Profile

Accessing your Profile Page
You can access your profile by clicking the Cog Wheel Icon on your Navigation Bar.

You can also click on any of the Profile Alerts in your myAlerts Center to reach the Profile Page.

Your Profile Page
Your profile page will be laid out similarly to the screenshot below.
The profile can be broken down into three primary sections: Personal Info, Contact Info, as well as Password and Security Actions.

Personal Info
Your First Name and Last Names, at least, will already be filled in.
Other areas may also be filled in, depending on what registration information was provided.
Note: You cannot edit the First Name item. If you need this changed, please contact our support team.

Fill in any empty boxes with the appropriate information, if you so wish.

Please note, anything with the red R symbol (as shown below) is a required field if you decide to fill out your profile information.

Contact Info
This section provides basic contact information for the school or hospital.

The information here may be used to send email or postal messages to you.

It is highly recommended you fill out either your phone number, email, or both.
Doing so will allow Hospitals to contact you with important information, should the need arise.

Password Settings
This is where you would have the ability to change your password.
When resetting your password there are two things to keep in mind.

First, the new password has complexity requirements that MUST be met.

These include:
- at least eight characters long
- contain an uppercase letter
- contain a lower case letter
- contain a number
- contain a special character
(A special character is NOT a dash, an apostrophe, or a period.)

An example of an acceptable password would be Fast1184$. This is acceptable because it is at least 8 characters long, the "F" in fast is uppercase, it has at least one number, and the "$" is a special character.
( Note: Not all characters in the number line are acceptable, i.e. !, @, #, $, etc.)

Second, when you have entered your new password, please be sure to click on Reset Password instead of pressing the "Enter" key on your keyboard. Hitting "Enter" on your keyboard will not change your password. Once you have clicked Reset Password you will get a message that says, “Password successfully changed".  Then you can click Close to continue.

Security Questions
This is where you would have the ability to change your security questions.
These questions are used in the case if you ever forget your password.
