To reach the My Rotation Students page, select the "My Rotation Students" option from your My Views menu.
If you are or have been assigned to instruct at least one rotation, you should see a page similar to the example below.
Here you can see the student's information
Student Information and Compliance -Displays the student's name, contact information and the student's current compliance status.
Attendance - Displays the Facility name and address (if provided), the date range of your rotation, and the shift type/hours.
Note: You can see all of the students rotation days.
School Information - Provides the important information provided by the school. One or multiple of these areas may be blank.
Email Notifications
This section can be used to contact one or more of your students. To access the Email Notifications feature go to My Rotation Students page and select the Email Notifications button.
Recipient List -Who you would like to receive your message. To select or unselect a student, all you need to do is click the box next to their name.
Message - What you would like to say to your students.
Attachments - Any documents you would like your students to see.
Once you've added the proper information to the Comments box, click Save before moving on to the next step.
